New Engineering Consultancy Brand Launch

Façade & value engineering

Modern building façade with curtain walling and cladding panels being installed
The Result

Brand launched

A new engineering consultancy went to market with a complete brand, website and content engine from day one.

The Brief

The Brief

A new engineering consultancy was being formed to serve contractors and developers, with façade engineering and value engineering as its core specialisms. There was nothing in place — no brand, no website, no collateral, no market awareness.

In engineering, a new practice is judged on credibility before capability. Contractors will not send a scheme to a consultancy that looks provisional, however good the engineers are.

The brief was a complete market entry: an identity and digital presence that made a day-one business look like an established engineering partner.

Objectives

What we set out to do

01

Establish The Brand

Create an identity that reads as a serious engineering consultancy.

02

Launch The Digital Presence

Build a website and collateral ready for contractors from day one.

03

Introduce Two Specialisms

Position façade engineering and value engineering as distinct offers.

Approach

The Strategy

Brand identity and logo were developed around how the consultancy wanted to be perceived by main contractors and developers: technical, precise and commercially minded rather than corporate.

The website was designed and built around the two specialist divisions, with capability content written for buildability, contractor support and cost-driven design decisions — the language of the people commissioning the work.

Marketing brochures, case study templates and email outreach were produced so business development had credible material from the first conversation.

A consistent LinkedIn content strategy was put in place, repurposing website content and project expertise into technical posts that built visibility within the construction industry while the pipeline was still forming.

The Outcome

The consultancy entered the market looking established rather than new. Contractors and developers had somewhere credible to assess capability from the first day of trading, and the content programme kept visibility building while early relationships were formed.
